RepOtz helps Merchants collect Reviews and Video testimonials from customers, then direct them to the right Review platforms to strengthen their online reputation.
What is RepOtz
Section titled “What is RepOtz”RepOtz is a SaaS platform for reputation management and Review collection. The Merchant creates QR codes and Short links that their End visitors scan or open; a Collection funnel gathers the Review or Video testimonial, and redirects positive Reviews to Review platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.). The Merchant tracks everything from a mobile-first dashboard.

Section titled “What this knowledge base is for”This corpus is the single source of truth for the RepOtz knowledge base: publishable chapters are published on kb.repotz.com and will also serve as source material for the future support chatbot. Internal details remain in a confidential space that is never published.
How to read a chapter
Section titled “How to read a chapter”Each chapter targets a functional module of the SRS (F1-F15), traces its requirements (srs_refs) and carries a Disclosure tier. Internal details (e.g., possible corrective actions) do not appear in chapters: they live in the confidential space and are flagged by a reassurance block.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Q. Does RepOtz publish my Reviews on my behalf? A. No. RepOtz collects Reviews and guides satisfied customers to external platforms; the Review is posted by the customer themselves.
Q. Do I need a mobile app? A. No, RepOtz is an installable web app (PWA); everything is managed from your phone’s browser.
