How much each RepOtz plan costs per month and per year in three currency. This chapter is the authoritative source on pricing amounts.
Plan Pricing
Section titled “Plan Pricing”Three plans: Basic, Pro, and Max. Prices are the same for everyone, with no setup fees or long-term commitment. Annual pricing is not monthly pricing multiplied by twelve: see “What Changes with Annual Payment” below.

The currency is based on your billing country; it is chosen at signup and does not change afterwards. No other pricing exists: no negotiated discounts, no custom packages, no per-user additional fees. Inviting people to manage your account is included in every plan, at no extra cost, for up to 10 people per account.
What Changes with Annual Payment
Section titled “What Changes with Annual Payment”On an annual plan, 10 months are billed instead of 12: 2 months are free. This discount applies to all three plans, with no exceptions. That is the only difference between the two billing modes: features, limits, and support are identical whether you pay monthly or annually.
Example: the Pro plan is $10 CAD per month, so $100 CAD per year instead of $120 CAD.
You can switch from monthly to annual (or vice versa) at any time. The rules for switching, proration, and refunds are described in the Billing & Subscriptions chapter.
Free Trial
Section titled “Free Trial”All plans start with a 14-day free trial, with no credit card required, and can be cancelled at any time. You pay nothing during the trial, and nothing is automatically charged at the end: it is your choice to subscribe. The trial is reserved for new accounts: an account that has already had a subscription (by card or manually approved, even if ended) is no longer offered the trial; it reactivates its plan from the Billing page or the sidebar menu button.
The amounts in this chapter are before taxes. Applicable taxes (for example GST and QST in Quebec, VAT in Europe) are added at payment based on your billing address and detailed on your invoice. The exact amount including all taxes therefore depends on your address: it is displayed before you confirm payment.
What is Included in Each Plan
Section titled “What is Included in Each Plan”The limits for each plan (number of businesses, locations, campaigns, trackable QR codes) and the list of included features are displayed on the Pricing page of the website: https://repotz.com/pricing. They are always up to date there, plan by plan. The page shows the actual plan price first (the 14-day free trial is mentioned below), and answers frequently asked questions about taxes, plan changes, limits, cancellation, and currency.
Included on all plans, including Basic: the public links page for each campaign, the email address capture block, the viewing of your contacts and their CSV export with consent dates (your audience belongs to you regardless of your plan), the display rules for your links, all form templates and custom text in your funnel, the collection widget for your own website, weekly monitoring of your links (you are notified when a link no longer works), and the complete monthly report with its AI recommendations.
The principle: a plan is priced for its scale (number of businesses, locations, campaigns, QR codes) and for what has a real cost, never for a product feature.
What the Pro plan adds: ten businesses, locations and campaigns instead of one, 70 trackable QR codes, and sending review requests to your contacts (email invitations, automatic follow-ups, list import).
What the Max plan adds: fifty businesses, locations and campaigns, 200 trackable QR codes, video testimonials (up to 50 active), custom domain, public API and SMS and WhatsApp alerts (every message costs RepOtz).
Frequently Asked Questions
Section titled “Frequently Asked Questions”Q. Do I have to pay to add a user to my account? A. No. Inviting someone to manage your account is included in every plan, at no extra cost, for up to 10 people. The invited person has no subscription to take.
Q. How much do plans cost per year? A. $60 CAD per year for Basic, $100 CAD for Pro, $240 CAD for Max ($45, $75 and $175 USD; 40, 70 and 165 € depending on your currency). In all cases, annual billing amounts to paying for 10 months instead of 12.
Q. What is the price of the Pro plan? A. $10 CAD per month, or $100 CAD per year ($7.50 USD / $75 USD; 7 € / 70 €).
Q. How much do I save by paying annually? A. 2 months out of 12, regardless of plan. For example, $20 CAD in savings per year on the Pro plan.
Q. Are there setup fees or onboarding charges? A. No. No initial fees, no contract duration: you start on the free trial and you stop whenever you want.
Q. Can I get a discount or custom pricing? A. The published rates are the only ones applied. For a need that exceeds the Max plan, contact the team: the request is handled on a case-by-case basis, outside the standard grid.
Q. What differentiates the Basic plan from the Pro plan? A. Scale (1 business, location and campaign on Basic, 10 on Pro; 10 trackable QR codes versus 70; 3 embed widgets versus 10, and 50 on Max) and sending review requests by email to your contacts. All other features (form templates, widget, display rules, link monitoring, monthly AI report, links page, contacts and export) are identical.
Q. I had an “Agency” plan: what changed? A. Only the name. Since September 2026, the most complete plan is called Max: same limits, same features, same price, no subscription changes needed. Your next invoices and the billing portal display “Max”.
Q. Are NFC cards included in the subscription? A. No, they are sold separately at checkout. See the NFC Card Shop chapter.
