Your link-in-bio page

Your public review platform page also serves as a link page: a single address to put in your Instagram bio, on a QR code or in an email signature.

Each RepOtz Campaign has a public platforms page. This is the page that your QR codes point to, and it’s also the one you can use as a link in bio on your social networks: it brings together your review platforms, your networks, your contact links and your downloadable business card, in your Business’s colors.

Its address is readable (for example repotz.com/platforms/le-bistro-du-coin-montreal) and can be copied from the Campaign, under the Search engine visibility section.

  • Your review platforms and social networks, in the order you choose, with the most important ones highlighted (see Review platforms).
  • Your contact links: phone and email open a call or message directly.
  • Your business card (vCard) that the visitor saves to their phone.
  • The QR code of the Campaign, displayable in one gesture so someone can scan it in front of you.
  • An optional “Stay informed” section to collect email addresses.
  • Monitored links: every week, RepOtz checks that each of your links still leads somewhere and warns you if not, before removing a link that stays broken (see the “Monitoring your links” section of Review platforms).
  • Five page templates, customizable (colors, cover image, texts) from the Campaign (see QR codes and Campaigns).

Each link can have display rules: show it, hide it or pin it at the top depending on where the visitor comes from (from a collection funnel, or from the link page opened directly - its QR code and link being the same visit), their language, or a day/time range. Rules are included on all plans. Details are in Review platforms.

The Campaign displays for this page the views, the redirects to your platforms and the click-through rate. These figures only count human visits: bot traffic is excluded (see Analytics & Reports).

Q. Do I need to create something to have a link page? A. No. Each Campaign already has one: just copy its address from the Campaign and paste it in your bio.

Q. Can I use it without a website? A. Yes. The page is self-contained: your brand, your links, your business card and your local search visibility. If you have a website, simply add it as one more link.

Q. Can I change its address? A. Yes, from the Campaign. The old address continues to work and redirects to the new one, so your already printed QR codes never break.

Q. Are my visitors tracked? A. No. Display rules only read the visit context (source, language, local time) and page statistics create no visitor profile: no cookies, no identifiers.
