Content, knowledge base & tutorials

Help and support resources available in RepOtz.

The public site offers several content pages, in French, English and Spanish:

  • Home (/) : product presentation and social proof.
  • Features (/features) : tour of features.
  • Reputation optimization (/reputation-optimization) : the RepOtz approach.
  • Optimization vs Reputation management (/reputation-optimization-vs-reputation-management) : the difference between the two.
  • The RepOtz framework (/repotz-framework) : the method.
  • Pricing (/pricing) : the plans grid (read dynamically from plan configuration).
  • Free audit (/audit) : the entry point for leads (see Reputation audit).
  • Free tools (/tools) : see Free public tools.
  • Privacy policy (/privacy-policy) and Terms of service (/terms-of-service) : legal pages, linked in the footer (see Account & data).

This knowledge base is published publicly on kb.repotz.com (link in the site footer) and also serves as a source for support assistants : the same content acts as an online help center and reference for the bot. Support also goes through in-app tutorials and the “Other ways to reach us” button in the site’s chat assistant (WhatsApp, Messenger, email and live chat). Once logged in, live chat is also directly accessible in the dashboard. See General FAQ.

Guided tours accompany key flows (campaign creation, first QR code) directly in the dashboard. Tutorials can be hidden once completed. Short videos are not yet available ; they may supplement these guided tours later.

The blog is accessible directly on the site under /blog : a paginated article grid and a detail page per article. Articles continue to be written and managed in WordPress transparently ; the V2 site displays them as read-only (via the WordPress API) with SEO and social sharing (the article image accompanies the shared link).

Articles are published in English. When the visitor views the site in another language, automatic translation may be applied (depending on configuration) ; a label then indicates that the content has been automatically translated.

Q. Where can I find help to get started? A. Via the guided tours in the dashboard (campaign creation, first QR code), the support assistant and email contact.
