NFC Card Shop

The NFC shop allows you to order custom personalized physical cards and plates online, programmed to an existing RepOtz Collection funnel. The purchase is independent of your subscription and delivery is free throughout Canada.

Preparing an order

The navigation includes an NFC group with two options: Shop to place an order and My orders to track your orders. From NFC > Shop (also accessible via Account > NFC Shop):

The order is completed in two steps: Design and QR, then Confirmation.

Choose the model: standard NFC card, premium NFC card (metal) or table plate. Each model displays its price, dimensions and a preview image.
Choose a Campaign, then the active QR to be programmed into the NFC chip. This QR is also printed on the product (side 2 of cards, single side of plate). Open the displayed link to verify the page that customers will see when they bring the card near a phone.
Customize side 1 with three lines of text (the first is required, for example your Business name). Cards also have a side 2 with two lines; the table plate has only one side, which bears your text and the QR. The preview updates as you type.
Confirm the summary, choose the number of units (the total is the unit price multiplied by the quantity) and proceed to Stripe payment.

No files to prepare: manufacturing is done from the supplied models and your text. A Campaign and an active QR belonging to your Account are required.

Payment and delivery

Stripe collects the delivery address during payment and calculates applicable taxes. Currently, only Canadian addresses are accepted.

The order is confirmed and sent to the production team only after payment confirmation by Stripe. A confirmation email is then sent to the Account owner.

Production and tracking

The status of each order is visible in NFC > My orders throughout processing, with the date and amount:

Received: payment is confirmed and the order awaits preparation;
In production: your card is printed and programmed from the chosen model and your text;
Shipped: the card has been handed over to the carrier.

When shipped, the carrier and tracking number appear in the order. A tracking link is also displayed when provided. After payment, Stripe returns you directly to this page.

Frequently asked questions

Q. Can I upload my own design? A. No. Customization is done online from the supplied models: your text lines on each side and your Campaign’s QR. You see the exact preview before paying.

Q. Can I order multiple identical cards? A. Yes. Choose the number of units at the confirmation step, from 1 to 100 identical units per order; the total corresponds to the unit price multiplied by the quantity.

Q. Can I verify the link before paying? A. Yes. The Campaign and QR step displays a clickable link that opens the exact Collection funnel to be programmed.

Q. Can I have the order delivered outside Canada? A. No. Delivery is limited to Canada for now.

Q. Do I need a particular Plan? A. No. The NFC shop is accessible regardless of your Plan. The card is billed separately.
