Analytics & Reports
Track your performance: scans, interactions, platform clicks, and your reputation.
Home Dashboard
Section titled “Home Dashboard”Upon login, the dashboard (mobile-first) displays summary cards: scans, interactions, platform clicks, average rating, share of positive reviews, recent reviews and performance by business. You can filter by business. Activity cards (feedback, interactions, clicks) also show the change compared to the previous month.
The “Your Google starting point” card displays only the rating and number of reviews captured during the audit of the currently selected business. It is hidden if this business has no baseline or if the dashboard is showing all businesses, to never display another business’s Google data.
Platform Click Analytics
Section titled “Platform Click Analytics”A dedicated page details clicks to your review platforms: volumes, sources (direct, quick page, full form, embed widget), countries, cities, devices, browsers, with period selector (7 / 30 / 90 days / all) and filters by business, location and campaign.
Two views are available via a List / Charts toggle:
- Charts - visual breakdowns (by platform, source, country, city, device, browser).
- List - detailed click log (business, platform, campaign, source, country, city, device, browser, date), with search and column selection. Display is limited to the most recent clicks of the period.
You can export clicks in CSV format.
Only human visits are counted
Section titled “Only human visits are counted”All your counters (dashboard, analytics page, CSV exports, API) exclude bot traffic: search engines, link previews (WhatsApp, Facebook, Slack…), monitoring tools. A link shared in a group triggers several of these bots; without this filter, the numbers could be roughly twice higher than reality.
This filtering also applies to your history. If your counters have dropped, these are not lost visitors: they are bots no longer being counted. A note on the analytics page reminds you of this.
Views and click-through rate of your links page
Section titled “Views and click-through rate of your links page”The platforms page campaign type now displays three figures: page views, redirects to your platforms and click-through rate (redirects divided by views). View counting starts when the feature is activated: the click-through rate displays as soon as views are recorded. No personal data is associated with these views: no cookies, no visitor identifier.
Stats from free tool QR codes
Section titled “Stats from free tool QR codes”QR codes you save from public tools (when logged in) have their statistics linked to your account: number, active, total clicks.
Monthly email recap
Section titled “Monthly email recap”At the start of each month, you can receive a recap: statistics for the month, comparison to the previous month, AI-generated recommendations, and news. It arrives in your interface language (like all our email communications), AI recommendations included. The report can be disabled per account (opt-out) and is identical across all plans, including AI recommendations.
Internal feedback vs public reputation
Section titled “Internal feedback vs public reputation”Important: internal feedback (reviews collected via your forms) is a private signal, displayed separately under the “Internal feedback (private)” label. It does not represent your public rating.
The list of internal feedback filters by rating, type (positive / negative), presence of a comment, email or phone, and by period. You can export in CSV format the filtered selection (rating, type, contact details, comment, business, location, date).
Each internal feedback opens a detail card (rating, comment, contact details left by the customer for follow-up, source). When the customer has left an email, a “Reply” button opens your pre-filled email client to contact them (useful on negative feedback). You can delete feedback from its card, or delete multiple at once from the list (checkboxes + “Delete selection”). Deletion is permanent.
Public reputation (Google reviews) displays for businesses whose Google Business Profile has been identified (during onboarding audit, where you confirm your business) and whose Google platform is activated: the dashboard shows your rating, number of reviews and a few recent reviews, and the “See all” page lists your latest Google reviews. Reviews are fetched and cached for 24 hours (no call on each visit). If your Google platform is active but the profile is not yet confirmed, a “Connect my Google Business Profile” button appears: search for your business (by name, or phone, with city/region) and select it. RepOtz then generates the official Google review link and adds it to your platforms; this link replaces a manually entered Google link, so that displayed reviews always match your business. The “Manage my Google Business Profile” button in the widget lets you change the profile or connect a new one at any time: if your account already has at least one business, the assistant first asks if you want to start a new business (complete, with its campaign) or update an existing campaign (the business of your choice), then takes you to the campaign page with its QR codes. During this brief processing, a loading screen displays (do not close the page). If the profile search is temporarily unavailable (external provider overloaded), a message invites you to try again in a minute: this is not a problem on your end. Once the profile is connected but with no public reviews (for example a new profile), the dashboard remains in the connected state (your profile is displayed, with the option to “change profile”) and simply indicates that no reviews are yet available: it does not ask you to connect a profile that is already connected. We never display reviews from another business by default.
Google reviews: tracking and reminders
Section titled “Google reviews: tracking and reminders”As soon as your Google listing is connected, RepOtz records your Google reviews (daily on the Pro and Max plans, weekly on Basic) with the owner’s answer when there is one. The Public reviews (Google) page shows for each review whether it is unanswered, displays the answer already given, and offers a “Only unanswered reviews” filter with their count.
A review left unanswered earns you a reminder by email and push notification: 48 hours after its publication (24 hours when the rating is 3 or less), then a second and final reminder five days later. Never a third; as soon as you answer on Google, the cycle stops at the next sync. Reviews older than the first sync are listed but never trigger a reminder.
The answer itself is written on Google (the reminder leads there); answering from RepOtz will come with the official connection to your listing.
Free Reputation Analyzer
Section titled “Free Reputation Analyzer”A free reputation analyzer is accessible at repotz.com/audit: search for your business, get a score across 6 pillars (Google Business Profile, reviews, social media, AI visibility, website, trust) and receive a detailed report by email (PDF). It also serves as an entry point to sign up: audit elements pre-fill the onboarding.
Frequently Asked Questions
Section titled “Frequently Asked Questions”Q. Is my average rating in the dashboard my Google rating? A. No. What is collected via your forms is private internal feedback. Your public Google reviews display separately (block “Public Reviews (Google)”), for businesses with the Google platform activated.
Q. Can I stop receiving the monthly recap? A. Yes, it can be disabled per account.
Q. Where do sources like “embed”, “quick page”, etc. come from? A. They indicate which channel the click to a platform came from (widget on your site, platforms page, full form, or direct link).
Q. Can I export my click statistics? A. Yes, from the Analytics page, via CSV export.
Q. Can I see the detail of each click? A. Yes, the “List” view displays the click log (with country and city); the “Charts” view provides breakdowns.
