Getting started
From signup to your first QR code live, in just a few steps.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”RepOtz is organized as follows: Business (your brand) > Location (a physical point) > Campaign (which generates your QR codes) > distribution > tracking in analytics.
A guided journey (“New Campaign”) chains together the 4 steps in one place; each step remains visible and editable. The “Setup” card on your dashboard home leads there permanently: during onboarding it shows your progress, then it remains displayed as a “New Campaign” shortcut as long as your plan allows adding a campaign (once quota is reached, it disappears and the Campaigns page offers you the upgrade).
Step 1 - Create a Business
Section titled “Step 1 - Create a Business”Enter the name, logo and colors of your brand. This is the identity that will style your public pages. See Businesses & Locations.
Step 2 - Add a Location
Section titled “Step 2 - Add a Location”Add the address and contact information for the physical point in question, and enable email notifications if you wish.
Step 3 - Activate your Review Platforms
Section titled “Step 3 - Activate your Review Platforms”Choose the platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) to direct your satisfied customers to, and order them. Without at least one active platform, your QR codes would lead to an empty page. See Review Platforms.
Step 4 - Create a Campaign
Section titled “Step 4 - Create a Campaign”Give the campaign a name and customize the colors: your 4 QR codes are generated automatically (Full Form, Happy/Sad, Platforms, Video Testimonial). See QR codes & Campaigns.
Distribute and Track
Section titled “Distribute and Track”- Open a campaign, choose a collection funnel, download the QR (PNG or SVG), print it and place it prominently in front of your customers (or share the short link
/s/...). - Track scans, interactions and clicks in Analytics.
Frequently Asked Questions
Section titled “Frequently Asked Questions”Q. What do I start with? A. Q. How many QR codes do I get per campaign? A. Four, generated automatically (one per collection funnel type).
Q. Are my platforms mandatory? A. Yes, activate at least one: otherwise your QR codes would lead to an empty page.
